Kadex is a vinyl-based material layer used as a finish to the underside of already formed concrete slabs. This is a method used in either new construction or areas of renovation to cover existing concrete or fill up areas of imperfections that will then dry to a smooth finish that can be painted. Kadex can be left colored or uncolored, according to your requirements. Kadex can be installed on plank ceilings and on walls as well. It can also be used on above grade concrete columns as opposed to enclosing the columns with the drywall. This helps create a more usable and open space.
Kadex finishing has gained popularity in residential and hotel construction projects. It is a good alternative to the dropped ceiling system, when maximum ceiling height is to be attained or if you want to create open ceiling spaces without the presence of wires and pipes running on the underside of the ceiling.
Catering to high-end projects, our professionals are experts in installing, maintaining and fixing Kadex specifically formulated for concrete plank. We offer Kadex installment in commercial as well as residential sectors.
